The water seepage problem among buildings in Hong Kong has been increasing significantly due to the deterioration of the buildings in the city.
In most water seepage incidents, the problem could be settled amongst the related parties. Unfortunately, there are some individual cases where the issues could not be resolved. A common issue an affected owner would face is that the responsible owner refuses to conduct the necessary maintenance.
